Featured Brewhouse:
15 HECTOLITER BREWHOUSE--NEVER USED, UPGRADED STEP INFUSION

This is a 15 hectoliter (12.5 US bbls) brewhouse, originally built by Pub Brewing Co. but never installed, used or completely assembled. It was originally shipped to Europe partially completed then and placed in storage when the project failed. Now it has been shipped to a brewhouse manufacturer in Germany where it will be upgraded and enhanced with rakes in the lauter tun, agitator in the kettle, piping system for step infusion and/or decoction mash, and pneumatic actuated valves. Controls are optional but probably best installed at its final destination due to local code compliance issues. It can easily be made into an automated, semi-automated ort manual system at the buyer's choice.

The package will include:
1.Mash kettle / Whirlpool combination
Made in stainless steel / copper clad
With agitator, motor/ gearbox (new) are assembled on vessel top (motor for US operations)
Top manway
Tangential inlet
CIP line
bottom and side jacket heating zones
Steam valves/fittings
2. Lauter tun/ hot water tank combination
Made in stainless steel / copper clad
Upper vessel used as Lauter tun with false bottom and raking device, Top manhole, motor and gear box
(new) assembled on top (motor for US operations), spent grain door in side, with all ingoing and outgoing connections.
Lower vessel used as hot water tank, manhole in Jacket, heating zone for steam operation, In/ outlet, overflow, steam valves/fittings
3. Stainless steel stage with handrail and ladder located between both vessels
4. Beer pump: Sanitary beer pump (new), made in Germany, motor for US operations
5. Stainless steel piping with integrated hand valves and pneumatic valves for brew house operation
6. Plate heat exchanger, 2 stage (city water + glycol/ ice water)
NOTE: CONTROL BOX NOT INCLUDED IN THE SYSTEM, WE CAN HAVE A PANEL BUILT TO LOCAL CODES
