DOUBLE PRE-EVAC GAI 24/24/6 BOTTLING LINE 150 BPM /9000BPH

This is a medium speed filling line with double pre-evacuation including a 1997 GAI model 9003 Bier 24/24/6 Rinser/Filler/Crowner, built 1997 and with low operating hours. Labeler is a 1997 Kosme Extra Fix dual aggregate labeler capable of front, back, and full wrap neck labels. Filler and labeler were stored for about 6 years prioer to being placed in service in about 2003. A Meyer Model M Case packer, rebuilt in 2006, and ABC Case sealer rebuilt 2006 with Nordson hot melt unit are also included, along with all interconnnecting conveyors, drives, accumulation table between filler & labeler. A 2006 Domino Ink Jet coder model A100 is also included. A manual dump table and infeed conveyor lead into the filler. Line speed could increase to about 180BPM+ with a bulk glass depalletizer. Line is represented in top running conditon. This is a rare chance to buy a complete late model line with some real production capacity. Line may be inspected in operation by prior arrangement.
