JACOB CARL 100 HECTOLITER BREWHOUSE 1996

This is a late model 100 hectoliter industrial brewhouse built 1996 by Jacob Carl. Automated contol, 2 vessels (whirlpool is too difficult to remove). Mash/Wort vessel Ø 280 cm, top drive, mash mixer, internal steam calandria + bottom steam jackets, free standing on legs. Lautertun Ø 330 cm, top drive, rakes/knives with height adjustment, spent grains pump. Malt handling equipment from malt acceptance to spent grains silo is included. Malt mill was made by Künzel in 1966.
