This is an UNUSED Jacob Carl (Germany) micro-distilling plant built in 2001 for a project that never got off the ground. It has been in dry storage since the original buyer took delivery. The still has a copper interior and stainless exterior, enrichment column & rectification column. Fermentation tanks, fruit shredder, & alcohol tanks are included. This is an unusual opportunity to acquire a top quality German built distilling system.
THIS STILL IS CONFIGURED FOR WHISKEY AND FRUIT BRANDY PRODUCTION.
IT IS NOT A HIGH ALCOHOL STILL FOR VODKA BUT IT COULD BE CONVERTED WITH A SUITABLE COLUMN WITH ADDITIONAL TRAYS.
THIS SYSTEM WILL BE SOLD ONLY AS A PACKAGE AND WILL NOT BE PARTED OUT. PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE ABOUT INDIVIDUAL ITEMS.
