DME 3 BARREL COPPER CLAD COMPACT BREW SYSTEM

This is a 3 barrel DME compact brewing syastem designed to fit in about 200-250 square feet. The brewhouse is a combi vessel with hot liquor tank on the bottom and the top section divided by a partition into a mash lauter tun and brewkettle. A vaport condenser is inclduded. The syste is 100% electric powered, with immersion elemets in the hot liquor tank and kettle. The cellar consists of two tank units, each contianing two jacketed, dished bottom tanks for a total of four tanks. The tanks could be used as fermenters or bright beer/serving tanks. With added 7 barrel unitank femeters (available at extra cost) the present tanks could be dedicated as servers. Included are:

(1) DME 3 BBL Copper clad combination brewing vessel with hot liquor tank, mash lauter tun & wort kettle
(1) Brewery process unit with diverter panel, 2 process pumps, piping, valves, plate heat exchanger
(2) DME combination double 3 BBL copper clad fermentation/storage tanks, vertically stacked with 2 tanks within each unit
(1) FIltrine glycol chiller
(1) Portable transfer pump on cart with power cord & switch
(1) Vapor condenser for kettle
(1) Main S/S control panel for brewhouse
(1) S/S Control panel for fermentaiton tanks
(1 Lot) Misc. hoses, clamps, brewery related parts, hardware, etc.
