DME 30 BARREL BREWHOUSE, TANKS ETC.

This is 30 barrel DME brewhouse, cellar tanks and grain handling, and some related parts. It comprises a mostly complete draft beer plant with the exception of a hot liquor tank. It is available due to an expansion. It has been operating daily and is in good condition. Equipment will be available for removal in approximately December 2009. Included are:

15. (3) 60 bbl fermenters, DME 1994, insulated, jacketed, with racking
arm, sample cock, pressure/vacuum relief valves, 2 1.5” b/f valves
16. Ajax Boiler, 1994, SGX 1050 S, Serial # 84422, 1,050,000 btu input,
840,000 btu output, low pressure steam
17. Crane reverse osmosis system, EPRO-8000, 3 membranes
18. RO water tank, plastic, 1000 gallons
19. Water pressure booster system for RO system
20. UV light for RO system
21. Bulldog B-1 Keg Washer/Keg filler, Serial Number 012-1996
22. (2) refrigeration units assembled by Master Chiller, each with
3 compressors, a chilled glycol bath and circulating pump
23. (1) 60 bbl DME bright beer tank, 1994, jacketed, insulated, with PR
relief valve, sample cock, carbonating stone, 1 1.5” b/f valve
24. Main Allen-Bradley PLC (God)
25. (2) 24’x28’x12’ cold boxes, each with a compressor
26. Velo DE filter, 0057 BS 301, 4 square meters
