HUPPMANN 270 HECTOLITER CASTOUT SEMI-AUTOMATIC BREWHOUSE

This is a 1972 Huppmann industrial style 3 vessel (two vessel with whirlpool) stainless steel brewhouse complete from malt handling to wort cooling. The system has been very well maintained and numerous updates installed inlcuding new lauter plates.

1. Malting
- Malt acceptance with scale and dust cyclone
- 15 malt silos in steel construction, in 3 lines with Redler
- Mixing silos in steel construction
- Malt scale, Winter Waagenbau GmbH, built 2000, for 25 kg
- Malt cleaner, Miag Braunschweig

2. Brewhouse Equipment
2 vessel brewhouse for 250 – 270 hl cast wort, make Huppmann, in stainless steel, free standing vessels on notches, built 1972 but in very good condition (with updates and maintenance)
- Mash- / Wort kettle, round standing, with conical hood, vapour vent, bottom and sidewall insulated, with drives from below, agitator, bottom and center dome heating, mashing in device (slide new), with vertical sight glass; diameter inside: ~4,50m, outside: ~ 4,80m, height: ~6m
- Hop dosage manual
- Lauter tun, round, standing, with conical hood, vapor vent, bottom and sidewall insulated, vertical sight glass, 3-arm height adjustable raking machine, with drive from below, false bottom (renewed) with rinsing, all in stainless steel, closed lauter grant, spent grains removal (in s/s), spent grains removal pump and transport with air + aircompressor; diameter inside: ~4,75m, outside: ~ 5,00m, height: ~6m
- Control over desk, with partly automatic SIEMENS S 7, with display
- Pumps valves, measuring instruments
- CIP-plant, make Tuchenhagen, with 3 round tanks, heated with automatic valves
- Vapour condenser, horizontal shell/tube heat exchanger, insulated, clad
