Jacob Carl 4 vessel brewhouse, originally built in 1996, upgraded with new wort kettle and pre run vessel in 2000, capable of up to 12 (twelve!) brews per day. Fully automated (Mashing to Wort cooling / Siemens S5/100)

1.1 Malt Mill: 4 roller malt mill, Type Kuenzel 20/30 Capacity: 500-800 kg/h (1,62 KW)
1.2 Screen shaker, including dust sucker/ Filter 18m2 (0,14 KW)
1.3 Ventilator 30m3/h (1,5 KW)
1.4 Automatic malt scale

2.1 Grist case, capacity 900 kg, made of carbon steel, incl. Outlet and manhole
2.2 Grist elevator , L= approx. 5 m

3.1 Mash/ Wort kettle, made from SS304/316. The kettle includes a bottom heating zone and an internal boiling system to be operated with steam 0,85-0,95 bar.

The Mash/Wort kettle is set up on 4 pipes made of galvanized steel.

8.2 Plate heat exchanger, Capacity 50 hl/h; first stage operated with cold water; second stage operated with Ice water
8.3 Aeration Unit, including: Venturi Injector; Sight glass; All necessary Valves and Fittings; Sterile Air Filter; Air Flowmeter.
8.4 Vapour steam condensator, capacity 230.000 kcal/h, designed for a 50 hl cast out with an evaporation rate of 8% and water in temp. of 15 deg. C.
8.5 CIP Unit, Designed to clean Plate heat exchanger and wort line, consisting of: 2 CIP tanks, 9 hl each; CIP pump'
