KRONES 40/10 PRE-EVAC FILLING LINE

This is a hard to find Krones beer filling line with a 40 valve double pre-evacuation filler. As configured , the line is manual pack-on/pack off, and has been operating at about 150 BPM on 12 oz bottles. With additional machinery such as a case packer, it could easily run over 200 BPM. The line will be available for removal in May 2010.   Included are:

Unipack model 515 Twist rinser, 1981. In good operating condition.

Krones VK2V 40/10 KK filler/crowner 1990, double pre-evacuation. In good operating condition.
Recent maintenance work (past 2-3 years) includes:
    New ABB controllers
    New product and gas sensors
    New slip ring and rebuilt gas distributor
    New main bearing and lube lines
Rebuilt product distributor January 09

Post-fill bottle rinser
Sonic Air system to blow-dry the bottles before labeling
Serpentine interconnecting conveyor system (could be modified to U shaped line or other configurations)

Krones Prontomatic Labeler 16/8 single  aggregate, Front body & spot neck labels
Oil pump replaced ~ 2 yrs ago.

Small S/S pack off table (no conveyor)
