MEHEEN FILLINGLINE FOR 12oz. LONG NECKS WITH TWO 4-HEAD FILLERS, LABELER, CONVEYOR

This is a complete bottling line for US Long Neck 12 oz beer bottles with two 4 head Meheen fillers and a New Jersey Mustang cold glue labeler that can put a full wrap body label on. Included is a conveyor section from the fillers through the labeler and a large 4' diameter rotating pack off disc. This line is ready to be shipped and set up and was recently running at 35-40 BPM.

(2) Meheen 4-head longneck fillers with integrated rinse racks, pneumatic crown sorters/feeders, and sanitary cleaning solution pumps. These machines were built in 1998 and remain in very good condition.
(1) New Jersey Mustang (year 2000) style cold glue labeler with integrated conveyor, glue pump, and label basket - designed to label a body only or wrap label.
(1) 10' straight section of bottle conveyor
(1) rotating pack off disk
(1) step-up transformer for New Jersey Mustang Labeler (230>460v)

This line is an economical alternative to a fully automated rotary line and offers the ability to run both fillers at one time or if one filler is offline you may still operate the other filler. The line is compact and could easily be set up on casters for mobility
