This is the most beautiful 10 hectoliter system we've ever seem or offered. It was engineered by Ziemann/Germany and built by Miyake/Japan, and has features only found in much larger systems, including an internal calandria with fountain & spreader in the wort kettle and an elevating rake system in the lauter tun. The copper clad vessels with classic Ziemann signature domes are pure eye candy. The system has pneumatically operated process valves and a central control panel with automated mash sequence, and it would be very simple to fully automate. The brewhouse is skid mounted in a stainless steel frame and decking.
We sold another similar Miyake system (a 3 vessel version, not quite as nice) a few years ago, and we were most impressed with the stunning quality of the workmanship and materials. This is truly the ultimate showpiece 10 hectoliter system or pilot brewery plant for a regional brewery.
Miyake is a major supplier of brewery equipment in Japan to major breweries like Kirin, and has a partnership with Ziemann. They also own Kuenzel, the German brewery mill manufacturer.

The brewhouse is set on a stainless steel frame and is designed to produce 10 HL cast out wort per brew. The system is semi automatic (mash automatic) and contains one mash/ wort pump and one lauter pump, all the piping is stainless steel (except steam pipes), pneumatic valves are operated manually on a control board.
