This system is a copper clad, steam heated 5hl system by Price-Schonstrom, Walkerton, Ontario Canada.
Included are:
1. Brewhouse, 5 hl/ brew, made in stainless steel, copper cladded.
Including: - Mash/ Lauter tun, steam heated with agigator, thermometer, manhole
- Kettle/ Whirlpool combination, steam heated
1.The brewhouse is set up on a stainless steel frame. Brewhouse includes a brew house pump, valves, Plate heat exchanger and stainless steel piping. Brewhouse Dimensions: H= 2,2m W= 2,3m D= 1,1m
2. 4 x Fermentation tank with dished bottom, made of Stainless Steel, jacketed and insulated. Manhole on top. Designed to hold 2 brews, including valves, CIP line and CIP Sprayball included. The Fermentation tanks are copper cladded and a Temperature
control is attached. Dimensions of each tank: H= 2,3m Diam= 1,25m
