10 HECTOLITER MALT EXTRACT SYSTEM WITH COPPER-CLAD STEAM KETTLE

This 10 Hectoliter system was built as a malt extract system. Built by Posad s.r.o. in the Czech Republic, it includes 13 conical bottom jacketed fermenters (non-insulated). It is possible to use some of these tanks as bright beer or serving tanks. The domed, copper clad steam heated kettle is showpiece quality.  The system  could easily be upgraded to full mash with the addition of a mash vessel and grain handling equipment. We can quote a new mash/lauter tun and grain handling components to suit you project and facility.

This package would make a good foundation for a brewpub start-up system, with addition of grain brewing components..

Copper clad, steam jacketed brew kettle with traditional copper dome top
Platform & steps (wood decking will not be shipped)
Brewhouse control panel with digital temp. indicators
Steam and stainless steel process piping, valves, transfer pump
Alfa Laval dual stage heat exchanger with S/S frame
(13) Conical bottom, stainless steel jacketed fementers w/top and side manway doors, c/w valves/fittings, glass bead finish
Temperature control panel with 13 controllers
Cold water chiller system
