50 BARREL 4 VESSEL BREWHOUSE--SANTA ROSA STAINLESS
Available now are the principal components of a 50 barrel brewhouse by Santa Rosa Stainless built circa 1994. This was originally a modular brewhouse with the main vessels originally mounted in a mild steel frame. The mild steel frame was scrapped due to rust when it was removed from its previous installation, but the vessels remain in very good condition. Originally a 3 vessel brewhouse (mash/lauter tun, brewkettle & whirlpool/hot liquor tank combi-vessel), it was upgraded to 4 vessel a few years ago with a steam jacketed mash kettle by AAA Metal Fab.
This pacakge would be ideal for the growing craft brewery looking to expand to regional status.
The brewhouse includes:
Malt mill, 2 roll, Memco, 6" diam. x 30" wide rolls, spare roll set; 5 HP motor,

Bucket elevator, Universal, 34' discharge height
Grist hopper, S/S rectangular with mild steel perimeter frame and load cells, dual slide gates, approx. 200+ CF
Mash kettle by AAA Metal Fabrication with top mounted gear motor drive, dual agitator impellers, and bottom + sidewall steam jackets;

Steele's masher, S/S tubular approx. 5' long with internal motor driven auger screw to prehyrdate and mix mash
Lauter tun, Santa Rosa Stainless, with full top driven rake system including drop down spent grain sweep arm, sparge ring, CIP, wedge wire false bottom screens, under plate CIP, wort collection manifold;
