SEITZ TIRAX 12 VALVE SEMI-AUTOMATIC FILLER

This machine is a Seitz Tirax counterpressure, long tube semiautomatic bottle filler. It is designed to fill champagne, beer and carbonated beverages. Bottles are placed on the lift stations manually, they are fillerd and then removed manually. Usually, they are then placed on a conveyor and capped and labeled automatically. There are Italian made knockoffs of this machine (CEM Mimi) which are not as well designed or built as the Seitz.

This machine has just been rebuilt and is represented to be in excellent running order. It would perform well with a single head crowner or could be used with a corker or porcelain stopper bottles. The machine is easliy adjustable to numerous different bottle sizes without change parts. Speed is in the range of 16-25 bottles per minute, depending on operator dexterity.

This is a very flexible alternative to a Meheen for customers who need to fill more than one bottle size.
